We have an immediate opening in our Monmouth Junction, NJ facility for an entry level Analyst, Data Analytics and AI.


The Analyst, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) supports and assists the Information Technology (IT) department in achieving departmental goals and objectives. The incumbent builds upon their IT data, analytics and AI experience to expand their technical and business knowledge while actively contributing to, and supporting, the development, maintenance and monitoring of assigned IT Data and AI project and program plans. She/he works closely with the Data and Analytics leadership team to develop effective data pipelines, analytics platforms and AI-assisted solutions enabling business insights and operational efficiency across the organizationย 


The incumbent leverages multiple technical tools including, but not limited to: SQL, Python/PySpark, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, successfully and efficiently build scalable data and analytics solutions and AI solutions.


Develops AI-enabled applications to automate business workflows and improve decision making

Builds custom applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and enterprise data sources

Prototypes and deploys internal AI tools and intelligent assistants

Builds automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio); Creates reusable skills, prompts and automation patterns for agentic AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and similar assistants to streamline recurring business and analytics tasks

Designs, builds and maintains data pipelines using SQL, Python/PySpark, Microsoft Fabric and Azure services; Develops data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, lakehouse, warehouse and semantic model solutionsย 

Supports migration of data quality, validation, accuracy and reliability across enterprise systems; Supports migration of data assets, reports, and pipelines from on-premises environments to cloud platforms

Develops and optimizes Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic modelsย 

Translates business requirements into meaningful visualizations and self-service analytics solutionsย 

Evaluates and prototypes emerging AI, automation and analytics capabilities using Azure AI and Microsoft Fabricย 

Partners with stakeholders, data engineers and analysts to deliver scalable business solutions; Documents technical designs, data pipelines application architecture, and operational processes

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSย 


Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related field REQUIREDย 

Strong foundational knowledge in SQL, Python/PySpark and data modeling REQUIRED

Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets and semantic models REQUIREDย 

Understanding of building and maintaining data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services REQUIRED

Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL concepts REQUIRED

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment REQUIRED

Relevant experience, including internships, academic projects or professional experience PLUSย 


Work Arrangements: We are a HYBRID work environment requiring local candidates to be able to work majority of week in our NJ office.ย 


Anticipated salary range: $ 65 to $ 75K/yr. Base salary offered is contingent on assessment of candidate's education and experience level relative to requirements of the position and a review of related industry standards and internal equity.


Additional benefits: In addition to base salary, full-time employees are also eligible for incentives, including, but not limited to: bonus eligible, medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance, 401K with match, life insurance, paid Company Holidays, PTO, Paid Volunteer Time and Employee Resource Groups.ย
