We currently have a role available for an Entry-level Pharma Biochemist.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform quantitative in-vivo ICP-MS and LC-MS/MS analysis of biological samples, including tissue homogenization and digestion.
    • Must be familiar with sample preparation techniques in a bioanalytical laboratory.
    • Experience with Agilent ICP-MS, MassHunter software or any LC/MS system will be an added advantage.
    • Experience with microwave digestion and homogenization sample preparation is a plus.
  • Operate of basic laboratory equipment and mass spectrometer systems.
    • Must have hands-on experience with wet laboratory techniques:weighing, pipetting and digestion of biological matrices.
    • Experience handling and working with biohazard and chemical hazard would be advantageous.
  • Generate, analyze, and process data and assist with report writing.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Prior presentation skills would be advantageous.
    • Experience with a LIMS system and/or an electronic notebook system is desirable.
  • Manage sample receiving, shipping and inventory.


Job requirements include, but are not limited to:


  • BS in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 1-2 years of experience working in an academic or industry laboratory setting.
    • Familiarity with basic Pharmacokinetic principles is desirable.
  • Team player mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have good organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.

This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
