Salary:

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, is seeking an individual with 1-2 years recent office support experience that is outstanding with Word and Excel. You will work directly with our Partners and Managers to process letters and correspondence for our clients. This is a very detailed position and requires focus and accuracy.


We are located in the heart of the Midwest, with offices in Nebraska, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri and Wyoming. Our home office in Lincoln, Nebraska, provides office administration support for all locations. Join a well-established team of rockstars to work with our accountants. The ability to remain cool, calm and collected under deadlines is essential.


Position Requires:


1-2 years' experience in an office support environment

Strong proofreading skills

Accuracy is essential

Eye for detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Type 60 wpm

Pattern recognition skills.

Availability to work upwards of 55 hours per week during peak seasons, overtime pay provided (Parts of Tax Season, School Audit season October-November).

Be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at the same time to meet deadlines and clients needs.
