Your Job:
The PACS Administrator is responsible for leading the operational, fiscal, and human resources for the Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS). Additionally this individual will act as a liaison in digital imaging initiatives within the radiology department, other hospital departments, medical STAFFnd other enterprise partners.
Your Job Requirements:
Graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiological Technology or other appropriate imaging modality preferred.
3 years experience in PACS administration, RIS administration or other healthcare related information systems discipline.
A background in computer programming, data base building or network certification is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and on concurrent multidisciplinary projects.
Excellent communication skills with a customer support focus.
