Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client base through provided leads.
  • Learn and deliver tailored life insurance solutions to families, individuals, and business owners via phone, Zoom, or in person.
  • Build relationships with clients while educating them on appropriate products to protect what matters most.
  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients (leads).
  • Manage your own schedule while remaining accountable to your goals.
  • Attend live weekly training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry changes.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications to support long-term relationship building and future service.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Adhere to state regulatory licensing requirements.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A current life and health insurance license issued by your home state, followed by contracting with insurance carriers (full guidance will be provided).
  • A strong work ethic and a desire for personal and financial growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (experience in the service industry is a plus).
  • Ability to effectively manage your time, calendar, and priorities.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, Zoom, email, and basic Microsoft/Apple tools (training will be provided).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid U.S. Driver’s License.
