What You’ll Do: On-Site & Field-Based Role
Sales & Growth

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and
    measurable value
  • Ensure every client receives a top-tier experience from the first meeting to
    renewal
Client Prospecting
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, on-field territory
    outreach, and referrals
  • Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs
  • Be comfortable with in-person interactions as client prospecting will mostly rely
    on a door-to-door sales approach targeting commercial businesses.
Energy Analysis
  • Gather and review clients’ electricity usage data
  • Provide cost-saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights

Compensation:

  • $40,000 Annual Base + competitive commission structure
  • Bonuses and performance incentives
  • Gas reimbursement
  • First-year average earnings: $65,000 - $70,000
  • Top performers can exceed this range
