Candidates must have foundational knowledge in SQL, Visual Basics, Java, Python or similar language skills required, including experience with database queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and coding. SQL skill assessment is part of our interview process.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our ERP consulting team as an Entry-Level ERP Technical Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills who is eager to learn the consulting side of ERP implementations. You'll participate in system configuration, data analysis, development of integrations and reports, testing, and client support-while developing leadership capabilities essential for future project lead or solution architect roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the functional team with configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions (PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud).
Work with your functional counterparts to create technical specifications for technical components of the implementation (i.e. integration with 3rd party systems, reports, and rules that require coding).
Build code for rules, system integrations, data conversions, reports, and workflow design.
Perform testing, troubleshoot system issues, and implement fixes.
Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Prepare documentation, educational materials, and presentations for internal and client-facing use.
Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of assigned tasks, communicating proactively, and contributing ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in: Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Technology, Enterprise Information Systems/ERP Software Development, or a related field combining technology and business.
• Foundational knowledge in SQL, Visual Basics, Java, Python or similar language skills required, including experience with database queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and coding.
• A SQL skills assessment is part of the interview process.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through internships, campus activities, project teams, or part-time roles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• An interest in consulting, process improvement, and enterprise software.
