Overview
JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst
WORKSITE LOCATION: Tysons, VA
Responsibilities
JOB DUTIES:
Gather and document business requirements for systems supporting fabrication, procurement, and inventory workflows. Define acceptance criteria and translate business needs into functional specifications. Analyze current processes and recommend improvements through system enhancements or new solutions. Prepare process maps and documentation for ERP and fabrication-support systems. Coordinate user acceptance activities by preparing scripts and guiding business users through validation steps. Design and validate B2B integration scenarios, including data mapping and reconciliation. Work with the software team and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve gaps. Prepare compliance and audit documentation to ensure systems align with financial and procurement policies. Deliver business intelligence reports and analytics for stakeholders to provide actionable insights on fabrication and operational performance. Evaluate emerging technologies for process improvement.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field (Employer will accept a combination of education deemed equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) plus 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or any related occupation performing business analysis for software solutions.
