We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Chat Moderator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor live chat conversations and online communication platforms.
  • Enforce community guidelines, company policies, and chat standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through chat.
  • Review and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spam content when necessary.
