Job description

The Sales and Marketing role involves driving inside sales efforts primarily in the motorcycle industry. This position requires proficiency in social media management, phone sales, and the ability to coordinate marketing posts including social media, email, events, and product promotions. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional ready to contribute to lead generation, sales reporting, and collaborate effectively with the team. Occasional travel may be required to support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inside sales activities focused on motorcycle-related products
  • Generate and qualify leads to expand customer base
  • Collaborate closely with team members to align sales and marketing efforts
  • Create sales reports to track performance and opportunities
  • Coordinate email marketing, event marketing, and product promotions
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales processes
  • Communicate effectively via phone and digital channels
  • Support travel as needed to attend marketing events or meetings
