The biller must ensure proper account documentation in the facility's billing system

Responsible to also provide excellent customer service skills by answering patient and third-party questions and/or addressing billing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Reviews, investigates, and resolves credit balances. Job Responsibilities: Knowledge.

Patient Accounting Cash. Meets or exceeds approved target; collects 100% of net revenue booked based on remittance. Aging.
