Automotive Service Advisor

If you've worked the drive at a domestic store, you already know -- this isn't an entry-level role. It's fast, it's high-volume, and it demands accuracy, confidence, and follow-through.

Mike Maroone Chevrolet West Palm Beach is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who understands how to manage repair orders, communicate clearly with techs, and deliver a service experience that keeps customers coming back. If you're comfortable in a structured process environment and already familiar with Cox Automotive platforms -- even better.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a domestic dealership or independent shop
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years
  • Working knowledge of DealerTrack and XTime preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced service drive
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
