MaxHealth  is looking to hire a full-time fully remote Medical Assistant to conduct daily interactions in a manner that demonstrates a positive and organized attitude and effectively models the organization's service philosophy and values. Must have strong computer skills, be able to trouble shoot & help patients join the visit electronically.Supports all patients of Company in an organized and clinically professional manner. Clinical Assistant activities include clinical and administrative aspects of working in a medical facility (quality assurance, customer service and satisfaction, participation in planning and development activities, and following defined policies and procedures). This healthcare position earns a competitive wage , depending on experience. Location- Fully Remote in the State of FloridaNormal hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEDICAL ASSISTANTHigh school graduate or hold GED with successful completion of MA school/training program and a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 3+ years of experience preferredExperience in a Cardiology practice preferredStrong skills and experience working with computers, electronic medical record systems, quality assurance protocols and indications of patient medical historyKnowledge of OSHA safety proceduresSkills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, co-workers and other physician staff membersKnowledge of computer software programs including: Microsoft 365 Suite, and EMR software systems.
