Job Description
We are seeking a entry level Material Planning Coordinator / Expeditor to support various production and prototype projects in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
The Material Planning Coordinator / Expeditor will have the following duties:
Contact vendors to ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered on promised dates
Enter updated information on deliveries in Purchase Order Expedite Notes, communicate delivery issues, coordinate with material planners, purchasing, engineering, program management, and others as required
Maintain records and coordinate return of items to vendors as required
Expedite items through the receiving and incoming inspection processes as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.
