Client Overview:
Our client is a prominent global advertising and marketing agency known for its innovative campaigns and commitment to creative excellence. The agency supports diverse clients across various industries and fosters a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and development. They are currently looking to add an Entry-Level Marketing Admin to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts in an Entry-Level Marketing Admin role. The Entry-Level Marketing Admin will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and community engagement. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to impactful projects. They will provide administrative support to the marketing department.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Marketing Admin:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for various initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing department.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks - email inbox management, supply ordering, data entry, and filing.
  • Edit content for social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Support event promotion and community outreach activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain marketing databases and track engagement metrics.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure all communications align with organizational values.
Required Experience/Skills for the Entry-Level Marketing Admin:
  • Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
