Serve as the first voice clients hear โ€” answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmthConduct outbound client follow-up to confirm appointments and gather required documentationAssemble estate planning document binders for client meetingsAttend initial client meetings and capture detailed notes for the legal teamEnter client data into WealthCounsel with 98%+ accuracyScan and upload executed documents into Everplans per confidentiality protocolsWhat We're Looking For: Exceptional phone presence and client communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracyReliable, punctual, and deeply accountableA genuine drive to grow and build a professional careerPrior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not requiredYour Growth Path: This Level One role is the foundation of a clear three-level career ladder within our firm.
