Job Overview:
  • The Data Analyst will support a data transparency program by managing data ingestion, validation, reporting, analytics, and governance activities. 
  • This role is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards, monitoring compliance metrics, analyzing pricing and submission trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable insights to support program operations, leadership decision-making, and policy development.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with data ingestion, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of data governance, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Experience maintaining data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience creating automated reports, visualizations, and performance dashboards.
  • Knowledge of data integrity, security standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor submission activity and compliance metrics through dashboards and automated reporting.
  • Analyze trends in pricing, cost drivers, submission patterns, and compliance risks.
  • Develop visualizations, reports, and analytical summaries for leadership, program managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and program teams to improve data pipelines, workflows, and system functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation, metadata, governance standards, and reporting procedures.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for policy development, legislative requests, and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management and reporting processes.
