Job description

Job Title: Legal Data Analyst
Job location : Jersey City New Jersey
Duration:06 month
Job Description:
  • Strong Excel or Communication Skills or Microsoft Office
  • Compiling documentation and data
  • Populating comparative spread sheets with questions and answers from OWS conduct Reviews and outside counsel legal opinions.
  • Editing and Formatting comparative spread sheets and documents (e.g. Guidelines, Addenda, acknowledgment of referrals, client notices, etc.)
  • Confirming CCOs, local counsel, etc.
  • Preparing e-mails to local counsel for approval of country reviews.
  • Preparing e-mails to send out CCO notices regarding country reviews.
  • Other miscellaneous items
  • Properly name and file documents (e.g. policy statements, client communications, other documents and notices from the carrier.)
  • Prepare bulk client communications.
  • Edit or format responses to one off client inquiries.
  • Update various spread sheets as needed.
  • Edit or format training materials.
  • Compile data for various projects or requests.
