Job description

About Docketly:
Docketly, sister company to ABC Legal Services, is a growing company based in Longmont, Colorado. For the creditor's rights industry, we make hiring a stand-in attorney easy, fast, and reliable. By combining our proprietary software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we've redefined what's possible in legal support services.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of open court hearings - calling, texting, and emailing attorneys to secure coverage daily
  • Negotiate rates in real time, including above-standard offers in low-supply markets, while maintaining margin discipline
  • Triage competing priorities under tight deadlines and communicate decisions clearly to your team
  • Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset
  • Confirm assignments, track metrics, and keep scheduling data accurate for reporting
  • Partner with internal teams to improve execution and resolve coverage challenges proactively

What we're looking for

  • Proven high-volume outbound or inbound call experience - you're comfortable on the phone and efficient with every call
  • Real negotiation experience: you know how to handle a counteroffer, hold margin, and still get the yes
  • Strong triage instincts - you can prioritize quickly, make sound judgment calls, and explain your reasoning
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems; experience with scheduling or CRM platforms is a plus
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding performance metrics in a KPI-driven environment

You'll thrive here if you've worked in...

  • Inside sales, collections, or a high-volume call center environment
  • Staffing coordination, dispatch, or gig platform operations
  • Any role where you worked a phone, hit a number, and solved problems under pressure

Benefits:

  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Paid time off
  • 7 Paid company holidays
  • 4 Floating holidays per-year
  • Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance
  • Long Term Disability
  • Health Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
  • Pet Insurance

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
