Job description

Radius is looking for an Entry level Legal Admin.


Full-Time Position (Monday-Friday)- No Weekends
Working In-Office; Hybrid after 90 days

Hourly rate + monthly Commission


Summary:

This position works in the Legal Department and will handle the preparation of legal documents throughout different phases of the civil litigation process. Provide administrative support to the in-house legal team.

Essential Functions:

  • Compile and organize documents for litigation.
  • Make phone calls to courts.
  • Screening / Transferring of multi inbound calls.
  • Ensure all proper authorizations have been secured prior to final processing.
  • Preparing outgoing mail and notices
  • Receiving incoming mail and notices
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree preferred.

  • 1+ years administrative assistant experience required.
  • Excellent data entry skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs required.
  • Detail orientation, problem solving, accuracy and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Legal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
