Job description

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire IT Support Technician in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Support Technician: $40,000/yr. + benefit package; full-time/day shift

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier II technical support for end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktop computers
  • Provide remote support when needed
  • Create, modify, and terminate user accounts using Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint
  • Document and resolve technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • IT support experience required
  • Healthcare terminology or healthcare IT experience preferred
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, JIRA, and RSA preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
