Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Provide support for network connectivity issues.
  • Document internal procedures and write relevant reports.
