Our family owned 2nd generation agency prides themselves in providing top level customer service.This position will be responsible for assisting through administrative and customer support tasks.

Customer Service Sales RepresentativeDuties:

  • Assist with inbound customer calls
  • Assist clients to resolve general service inquiries as needed
  • Follow-up with existing and potential clients
  • Review billing questions with clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned



We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing, and excited about a career in Customer Service.
