Key Responsibilities
• Enter and maintain accurate data within immigration case management systems
• Prepare and organize digital documents based on established templates and instructions
• Upload scan and index files to ensure complete and accurate electronic records
• Review information for completeness consistency and compliance with internal guidelines
• Track case progress and update databases as new information is received
• Generate reports spreadsheets or checklists to support case workflows
• Communicate with team members to clarify missing information or resolve discrepancies
• Monitor shared inboxes and route incoming materials to the correct internal contacts
