You’ll contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support within your primary discipline (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, etc). As your technical expertise deepens, you’ll take on more complex responsibilities, including supporting system layouts, calculations, research, and design development with limited oversight. Working closely with engineering mentors, project leads, and production staff, you’ll help maintain model health, guide coordination workflows, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards. You’ll support fast-paced coordination cycles, identify risks early, and help teams maintain clarity and alignment across models, markups, and deliverables. You’ll also contribute to TEECOM’s documentation system by refining workflows, improving modeling standards, and supporting updates in GitHub based on lessons learned from project experience. This position reflects strong technical capability, growing engineering judgment, ownership of coordination quality, and the ability to support and guide Designer I and Designer II team members through modeling, documentation, and coordination efforts.Leading Production Quality, Coordination, and Discipline ExecutionAs a Designer III, your impact comes from owning production quality, applying stronger technical judgment, and leading coordination across disciplines. You contribute in three key ways: Lead Project Execution and Apply Technical JudgmentYou advance project momentum by delivering modeling, documentation, and early engineering work with increasing independence and sound judgment. You improve design clarity by preparing coordinated views, calculations, research, and specifications that help engineers make informed design decisions. You strengthen cross-discipline accuracy by structuring models effectively, managing links, and resolving coordination issues in partnership with production teams. You elevate discipline execution by applying engineering principles to device layouts, routing strategies, and coordination decisions. You estimate effort, sequence work logically, and coordinate task distribution within your scope, demonstrating early project management judgment that supports team efficiency and delivery predictability. You operate at a trajectory-defining level, taking accountability for discipline-specific deliverables while building the depth required to intentionally transition into either the Associate (engineering) or Senior BIM Specialist (production) path. Contribute to Team Learning and CollaborationYou build your skills and support team learning through structured training journeys, mentorship, and hands-on project experience. You improve team performance by sharing lessons learned, surfacing risks early, and offering feedback that refines discipline processes and standards. You elevate consistency and quality by enhancing documentation, tools, and workflows used by Designer I and II team members. You advance team coordination by contributing to discussions on project challenges, coordination strategy, and system improvements that enhance delivery clarity and efficiency.
