Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serves food to diners following established quality control, portioning, and customer service standards
  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of serving lines, condiment stations, and dining areas
  • Sets up and breaks down serving stations in accordance with dining service requirements
  • Follows all sanitation and health safety standards strictly
  • Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner
  • Confirms supplies and equipment availability and oversees setup as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety procedures
  • Skill in high-volume dining customer service
  • Skill in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Education & Experience
