Job Description:
We are a growing hotel management company seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our corporate office team. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing revenue management strategies across a portfolio of hotels managed by our company. The ideal candidate will work closely with property teams and corporate leadership to drive top-line performance through data-driven decision-making.

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies across a portfolio of managed hotels

  • Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitive data to inform pricing decisions

  • Generate and present forecasts, performance reports, and revenue plans to executive leadership and property stakeholders

  • Support property-level teams in understanding and executing revenue best practices

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and ensure revenue goals are met

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, preferably in a corporate or multi-property role

  • Proficiency with revenue management systems, channel managers, and data analysis tools

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
