Join us for this incredible opportunity at the Hyatt-managed Grand Hyatt Washington located in downtown Washington, D.C. With 902 guest rooms, we host large volume conventions, individuals traveling for leisure, and everything in between. The Revenue Analyst is part of the Revenue and Reservation team, supporting the hotel's revenue strategy by providing data-driven insights that help maximize hotel performance and profitability. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management, this role assists with forecasting, reporting, pricing analysis, and market research while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations to provide analytical support to inform leader's decision making. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented individual looking to begin or grow a career in hospitality revenue management.
The pay range for this Hourly Management position is $63,500 - $70,000 annualized, commensurate with experience. This is based on a 45-hour work week paid hourly with a range of $25.71 - $28.34.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze hotel performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market trends.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, demand patterns, and booking pace to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Support pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Assist with group evaluations and business analysis.
  • Participate in weekly revenue meetings and provide analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations to support commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy of revenue management systems and reporting tools.
