YOTEL New York is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Revenue Analyst to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to optimize revenue streams, enhance financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. Your insights will drive revenue growth by analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and developing innovative pricing strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our hotel operations through rigorous data analysis and financial modeling. This role reports to the Director of Revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data related to hotel bookings, occupancy rates, and market trends to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future revenue performance and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Conduct quantitative research to evaluate pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and competitive positioning.
  • Perform risk analysis to assess potential impacts of market fluctuations and operational changes on revenue streams.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports that clearly communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Utilize financial software tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
