  • 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, degree, bootcamp, etc.)
  • Strong interest in troubleshooting and IT support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
  • Reliable transportation required
What You'll Do
  • Respond to IT support tickets
  • Support users via email, chat, phone, and in person
  • Troubleshoot:
    • Password and account access issues
    • WiFi and connectivity problems
    • Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware
  • Learn alongside experienced IT professionals and develop real-world technical skills
Schedule

We operate in a 24/7 environment. Most schedules are standard business hours, but flexibility for evenings, nights, or weekends is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
