Job description

The Business Development / Healthcare Field Sales Representative will:

  • Prospect and identify healthcare organizations throughout the assigned territory.
  • Research healthcare facilities and key decision-makers.
  • Build professional relationships with healthcare executives, owners, administrators, and other organizational leaders.
  • Conduct phone, email, digital, and face-to-face outreach.
  • Visit qualified local healthcare organizations and facilities.
  • Identify potential operational, workforce, compliance, infection-control, patient-safety, policy, and project-management needs.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in the company's CRM.
  • Document sales activities and follow-up.
  • Follow the MW Strategy Partners & Project Solutions sales process.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate qualified opportunities directly with the Founder/Owner.
  • Assist in moving qualified opportunities toward signed consulting agreements.
  • Participate in company sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
  • Meet established activity, pipeline, and revenue expectations.
  • Represent MW Strategy Partners & Project Solutions professionally in all interactions.
