West Central Technology is seeking Service Desk Technicians to join our growing team. This role is designed to scale based on experience and skill level, supporting both entry level (Level 1) and more advanced (Level 2) candidates.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary slightly based on experience level but may include:

  • Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT related issues

  • Maintain and update client documentation

  • Communicate with clients regarding updates, resolutions, and next steps

Skills and Qualifications
For Level 1 Candidates:

  • Willingness to learn and obtain certifications

For Level 2 Candidates:

  • Deeper troubleshooting experience across systems, servers, and networks
  • Ability to work more independently on complex issues
