GENERAL SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Creative Project Manager, this entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives on executing at a high volume - bringing campaigns to life with speed, precision, and strong craft across digital, print, and in-club channels.
The Graphic Designer is a production-focused creative role responsible for executing marketing assets across a wide range of channels. This person will primarily work within campaign frameworks established by senior designers, ensuring every asset is delivered on brand, on time, and at a high level of quality. Attention to detail and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing craft are the hallmarks of this role.
This role partners closely with the Senior Creative Project Manager and the broader creative team. When bandwidth allows, the Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to concept and execute their own design work, with mentorship and direction from senior creative leads.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in San Francisco, CA (3-4 days per week in office).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute production-ready marketing assets across digital, print, email, social, and in-club channels, working within established campaign frameworks.
  • Build out full campaign rollouts from senior designer templates, adapting layouts for multiple formats and placements with speed and accuracy.
  • Create animated GIFs and support light video editing needs for digital and social content.
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand standards and meets quality, consistency, and accuracy requirements across every touchpoint.
  • Manage multiple asset requests simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and communicating proactively about timelines.
  • Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries in shared systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Project Manager to receive briefs, flag blockers, and deliver work on schedule.
  • Contribute original design thinking on select projects when the opportunity arises.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of professional design experience; a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience creating animated GIFs and a working knowledge of basic video editing.
  • Strong production skills with a demonstrated ability to execute at high volume without sacrificing quality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable taking direction and iterating on feedback.
  • Experience in the health, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Business and Management Principles - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination of people and resources.   • Written Comprehension and Expression - Ability to read, understand and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

  • Computer - Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software required by TBCC and regulatory agencies. Ability to develop tracking and report forms in Word and Excel as needed.
