Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global logistics provider to identify an Operations Coordinator to join their Wood Dale, IL team. This organization delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions across industries including aerospace, healthcare, automotive, and more. They are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support daily operational workflows, data accuracy, and shipment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain operational and shipment data across internal systems
  • Manage high-volume email communication and shared inbox requests tied to daily operations
  • Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepancies
  • Track and monitor shipment-related updates and ensure timely information flow
  • Organize and maintain digital records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Partner with internal teams to support efficient day-to-day logistics operations

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, data entry, or coordination role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume work
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially in email-based environments
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access and PowerPoint a plus)

Logistics:
  • This is an onsite full-time role that requires availability to work Saturdays, with shifts scheduled within an 8am-5pm window and some flexibility based on business needs.
  • $20-$22/hr depending on experience
