We are looking to hire a Sales Analyst (entry level) immediately in aHybrid (50/50) capacity located in Rogers, AR supporting Walmart. The office is located at 2203 S Promenade Blvd • Rogers, AR 72758. The Sales Analyst will report to a Sales Director.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth sales analysis in support of Walmart and Sam's Club sales and opportunities. The role will support the business team with analysis and reporting to determine opportunities-risks focusing on customer level sales and category trends, competitive landscape and business performance including delivery of item level analysis and planning.
This is an entry level sales track position and requires the interest and ability to relocate as necessary in the future for other sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing internally and externally, the tracking and execution of new items.
  • Managing forecast analysis and owning key reporting.
  • Analytics & insights that assist in Sales & Commercialization processes including business reviews, planning, day by day sales and operations & category management.
  • Executes ad-hoc projects and action plans.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Must be willing to travel several times per year

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of McCormick Operations and Internship
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • Experience in working with SAP, Syndicated/Scan Data with ACNielsen or Circana
  • Supplier One, Scintilla, Power BI and/or Salsify experience would be a plus.
  • E-Commerce experience needed (General Knowledge)

Base Salary: $63,250 - $110,680
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick's Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick's Dividend Program. In addition to a competitive compensation package, permanent employees of McCormick are eligible for our extensive Total Rewards programs that include:
