They will prioritize talent development and provide guidance to individuals, enabling them to grow, assume greater responsibilities, and make meaningful contributions to the organization's success.As a member of the Operations leadership team, this role will also be responsible for providing sound advice to executive leadership on all related topics.Education and Work History:BS degree, in Food Science or related major preferred5-7 years of Bakery or Food Manufacturing operations management experience inclusive of 3 years in Food Safety, Sanitation, and QAPCQI, HACCP, Food Defense and GFSI (SQF, BRC, IFS, etc.) CertifiedA combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substitutedFamiliarity with federal and state regulations, 6 sigma, ISO, AIB and GFSI StandardsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
