Job Description

We are seeking motivated and driven individual to join our Construction Administration and Management team. In this role, you will serve as an Assistant Construction Manager, playing a pivotal part in the successful completion of construction projects that include utility infrastructure, water/sewer distribution systems, and roadways. Your responsibilities will include inspecting basic construction work, coordinating schedules, and verifying projects are completed per the project documents. You will actively contribute to the development of your construction management skills by gaining knowledge in reading plans and specifications and receiving guidance from senior staff in assembling technical reports and calculations. As an integral team member, you'll gather project information, review work progress, and prepare comprehensive construction progress reports.

This entry-level position provides a platform for you to strengthen your understanding of construction staff, methods, practices, and programs while working under direct supervision. Your adept planning, coordination, and management skills will be instrumental in ensuring the predictability and accountability of our construction projects, making this role a valuable step towards a rewarding career in construction management.

You will travel to various job sites at different stages of construction and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

This position includes:
