Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team. This dynamic role combines technical skills, problem-solving, and customer interaction, making it an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate a specialized mobile hose workshop/van, responding to service calls in the DFW / North Texas area
  • Troubleshoot, fabricate and install hose assemblies on-site for a variety of industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their hydraulic needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Help us provide 24/7/365 hose services to customers by participating in an on-call rotation with other members of the team

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience doing heavy equipment/machinery repair (backhoes, excavators, forklifts, telehandlers, etc.)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
  • Clean driving record
  • If you enjoy working with your hands, interacting with customers, and tackling challenges and "getting stuff done", this role could be a perfect fit
  • High school diploma or GED
