Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to oversee and expand sales operations in United States. This position is based in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master Degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
  • Proven success managing key accounts and distributors.
  • In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
