We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

This role is ideal for a strong field leader with extensive commercial construction experience who is ready to lead impactful projects while growing with a fast-expanding organization operating throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design teams
  • Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget
  • Maintain strong jobsite leadership and communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Proven Superintendent experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore and construction technology
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and excellence
  • Ability to work full-time in St. Croix, USVI
