Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Event Assistant to support our growing events team in Inglewood, CA. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event coordination, marketing, or production. The Event Assistant will support the planning and execution of live events, ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after each event.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
  • Support logistics including materials, signage, and vendor coordination
  • Help manage event schedules and timelines
  • Provide support to guests, clients, and vendors during events
  • Coordinate registration and check-in processes
