Entry-Level Event Assistant โ€“ Full Time (Onsite)

Milwaukee, WI

We're hiring a full-time Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team, working face-to-face with customers at live events, retail pop-ups, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.

This is a people-focused, customer engagement and sales role where you'll build conversations, represent products or services, and support customers through real-time purchasing decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, communication, and working in active environments:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador / frontline representative, engaging customers at events and pop-up activations
  • Starting natural conversations with members of the public and creating interest in products or services
  • Using strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain offerings clearly and confidently (no scripts required)
  • Adapting your approach based on customer behaviour, using emotional intelligence, active listening, and adaptability
  • Supporting face-to-face sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition in real time
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, staying proactive throughout the day
  • Collaborating with a team and sharing feedback on customer responses, engagement, and performance
  • Using basic reporting or CRM tools (training provided) to track activity and results
