Full-Time | Immediate Start | In-Person | Entry-Level Opportunity

This is a face-to-face, customer-facing sales position ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people and are seeking to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is a confident communicator and thrives in live, in-person settings. If you're someone who enjoys engaging with the public, can hold a conversation with ease, and likes the idea of being out and about rather than behind a desk, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Event Assistant:

  • Engaging customers in-person at retail locations, events, and community areas
  • Representing well-known brands through face-to-face sales campaigns
  • Speaking directly with new and prospective customers about our client’s products or services
  • Answering questions and guiding customers through the sign-up process
  • Supporting team sales goals and contributing to a positive event atmosphere

Who Makes a Great Event Assistant:

  • Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality
  • Enjoys speaking with people and building rapport quickly
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
  • Positive, motivated, and excited to learn new skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus — but not required
  • Able to work on-site (Washington, DC)
  • Entry-level applicants welcome – full product and sales training is provided

What We Offer:

  • Full in-person training and mentorship
  • Weekly pay with performance-based incentives
  • Career growth opportunities – we promote from within
  • Dynamic, team-driven culture with regular events and incentives
  • Real-world experience in sales, marketing, and customer interaction

This Event Assistant position is perfect for career starters, recent grads, and those with backgrounds in customer service or hospitality looking to transition into sales.

Location: Washington, DC (in-person only)

Schedule: Full-time availability required
