Position Summary
Venn Strategies is seeking a Client Services Associate to support the Employee-owned S Corporations of America (ESCA), a national trade association representing employee-owned S corporations.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is interested in government affairs, association management, and member engagement. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, able to manage multiple projects, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain membership and grassroots information.
- Communicate with member companies and assist with member outreach.
- Prepare company background materials and briefing documents.
- Coordinate congressional meetings for Lobby Day and other advocacy events.
- Assist with conferences, board meetings, webinars, and other member events.
- Support client communications and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
