Hantz Group is looking for an entry level candidate to join its recruiting team. The position entails handling the new hire licensing process for new recruits and will support the other needs of the recruiting department.

For the individual, we offer a Family Office of services tailored to our client's needs and goals, ranging from cash flow analysis and lending strategies to insurance, investments and tax planning. Our team of specialists work in collaboration and offer a holistic approach to financial planning.
Essential Job Functions:
Tasks are as follows:
  • Follow up on new recruits throughout licensing process and report progress
  • Complete new recruit paperwork
  • Order licensing materials for prospects
  • Track exam pass rates
  • Complete new rep appointment paperwork
  • Book exams
  • Maintain/Scan new rep licensing files
  • Assist in career fair/recruiting events/interview process
  • Help coordinate new hire orientation and intern programs
  • All other tasks assigned

Education/Knowledge & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
