The Cybersecurity organization is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, partnering with Wells Fargo businesses to assess and manage information security risk, delivering identity and access services, building and implementing security engineering solutions, and operating the firm's cybersecurity function. Through this program, you'll gain hands-on experience helping secure the technology that supports millions of customers while building the technical foundation for a career in cybersecurity and software engineering.

This two-year rotational program is designed to accelerate your growth through three eight-month assignments across multiple cybersecurity domains. You may work on areas such as Cyber Threat Fusion, Cloud Security, Secure Development, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management, Data Loss Prevention, or Third-Party Risk. • Participate in the design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support of technology solutions for complex and challenging business requirements

  • Build software, automate processes, analyze security data, and contribute to solutions used across one of the world's largest financial institutions.

  • Develop an understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), security, risk, compliance, and governance practices that support the delivery of secure and reliable technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with technology teams, cybersecurity partners, and business stakeholders to identify risks, solve problems, and deliver secure technology solutions.

  • Build technical expertise through structured training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning while working alongside experienced engineers and cybersecurity professionals.
