The Monogrammer plays a vital role in creating and producing personalized embroidery designs with precision and care. Working independently within a small team, this position involves setting up embroidery machines, inspecting quality, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while adhering to strict design templates. The Monogrammer contributes to delivering customized products that meet high standards and customer expectations during standard work hours.

Responsibilities
