Job description

Competitive Pay Based on Experience

We're hiring an experienced Digital Print Colorist to join our textile manufacturing team. If you have experience in digital printing, prepress, large-format printing, sign production, or color correction, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll spend your day preparing artwork, calibrating colors, running test prints, working with production to ensure every order meets customer expectations, and solving print quality issues before jobs hit the production floor.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare artwork for digital textile printing
  • Adjust color profiles and ensure accurate color matching
  • Set up print-ready files (DPI, scaling, repeat patterns)
  • Perform test prints and troubleshoot print quality issues
  • Maintain consistent color throughout production
  • Work with production and design teams to meet quality standards

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of digital printing, prepress, or color correction experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
  • Adobe Illustrator and RIP software experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of color management and print production
