Job description

NOW HIRING: DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTER OPERATOR Three Shift Available!
Are you experienced in manufacturing, textile printing, or operating production equipment? We’re looking for a Digital Textile Printer Operator to join a fast-growing production team!

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up, change over, troubleshoot, and operate industrial digital textile printing equipment
  • Start, stop, clean, and perform routine maintenance on printers
  • Produce products according to customer specifications and quality standards
  • Inspect materials and identify printing defects
  • Learn and understand different designs being printed
  • Follow detailed production instructions and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
  • Work with computers and digital print commands
What We’re Looking For:
  1. 1–4 years of manufacturing or textile printing experience preferred
  2.  High School Diploma/GED preferred
  3.  Computer literate; experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and learn new equipment
  6.  Reliable, self-motivated team player
  7.  Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  8.  Must be able to stand for extended periods
  9.  Able to lift 80–150 lbs. as required
  10.  Ability to understand work instructions in English
  11.  Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  12.  Flexible schedule as needed to meet production goals
