PromoCentric is looking for a motivated entry-level Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support client accounts by helping coordinate projects, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and providing timely updates. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to help deliver branded programs and fulfillment solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the promotional products industry, build strong client relationships, and grow a career in sales and account management.
Responsibilities
Learn and apply tools, buying group resources, and internal systems to support efficient quoting, order entry, and client service.
Support client ordering and fulfillment workflows as assigned, including item setup details, timelines, and basic troubleshooting.
Skills & Qualifications
Desired Experience:
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 2 – 4 years equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, or internships in a related area
